Caffeine And Cellulite

There are so many things in society, in the world that just seem to go together; hot dogs and mustard, sweet and sour, flowers and chocolates, cookies and milk, Britney Spears and short-lived marriages, and now caffeine and cellulite. The mind does not always immediately associate cellulite with caffeine, but it has been one of the top active ingredients in most anti-cellulite creams and products.

The majority of women have extensively researched through newspapers, magazines, and web site articles as to what cellulite actually is. Usually referred to as cottage cheese or orange peel skin, cellulite is formed when fat cells begin pushing on the skin from underneath. The much maligned “hills and valleys” are then created.

Looking At Starbucks In A New Light

Although all women and will have to make amends with the arrival of cellulite; it does tend to be more prevalent in plus size and older women. Rather, it is most noticeable. Perhaps you are still curious about the role of caffeine? Cellulite seems to be much like stretch marks in the sense that, once you have them you always have them. Even more expensive and drastic ideas like liposuction cannot offer complete results. And so caffeine has long since entered the picture.

Can the same thing that makes you jumpy after too many cups of coffee be the answer to your cellulite woes? Studies and experiments are still being performed. But caffeine and cellulite are getting a lot of joint billing with the emerging of each new cream on the market. Caffeine temporarily constricts blood vessels, making the skin appear tighter. Revel in it baby; because soon the spell will be broken and you will be back in the garden with a bunch of bewildered mice and a pumpkin.

There are some conflicting reports about the effectiveness of caffeine in cellulite creams. Most health experts believe there is not any real good that comes from the products. If caffeine were so helpful, why is it not doing anything currently? Is the caffeine in most peoples’ diets not enough? Or is it not the correct amounts? It could also have to do with different body chemistries; a caffeine based cellulite product may yield results for one customer, but nothing for another. Each woman has a different physical make up, and can react to a product differently from someone else.

Nearly all women know how stressful having dimply, unsightly cellulite rippling across your bum and legs can be. And it’s fact that this irritating stuff is very difficult to remove. However, by exercising regularly and eating an anti-cellulite diet, not only can you help remove, or at least improve the condition of your body, you can also give yourself a new lease on life, improving everything from your hair and skin to your sanity.

You Are What You Eat

Cellulite is basically fat that has a dimply appearance due to poor circulation, diet and / or hormonal imbalances, most commonly seen in women of Western society. And if you look at the staple diet of this culture, you can see that in general it is excessive and full of refined carbohydrates (such as cakes and pies), fats (and mostly “bad” or saturated fats) with few vitamins and minerals. So by incorporating a “cleaner”, anti cellulite diet, along with incorporating regular exercise, not only will you lose weight, tone up and reduce the look of your cellulite, you’ll be pleased to see a number of other health benefits come your way.

Look And Feel Better

By eating an anti cellulite diet, you’ll be improving body circulation, inducing “feel good” hormones, improving coordination and flexibility, reducing stress and hence blood pressure levels, heightening your body’s immunity to fight disease and illness, not too mention looking and feeling terrific! By eating the recommended intake of vitamins and minerals, you’ll have improved skin, hair and nails, as well as giving you a zest for life that you never knew you had.

What to Eat

A typical anti-cellulite diet should consist of plenty of water (to find out how much, halve your body weight in pounds to give you your daily intake in ounces), an abundance of fresh vegetables (try to make your plate “colorful”), lean protein with every meal (such as tuna, chicken or lean red meat) as well as a small amount of “good” fats and oils, as these are great for skin and nails.

An example of lunch in an anti cellulite diet would include a large, leafy green salad with capsicum, sprouts, tomato, cucumber and carrot, mixed with ¼ avocado and a tin (100 – 180g) of water-packed tuna, with half a cup of brown rice. An anti cellulite diet should also consist of eating around 6 – 8 small meals per day, as opposed to 3 large ones. This will help speed your metabolism and circulation, helping you to burn more fat and shedding more cellulite along the way.

Cellulite Diet

Before we talk about a cellulite diet, we first need to understand what cellulite is. This is the name given to the fat layer that is hidden just under the skin giving it a dimpled or spongy look. This fat is actually trapped under the skin due to excess fiber in the body, causing the fat cells to harden and give that honeycomb look.

Why a Cellulite Diet Is a Good Idea

You learn about cellulite diet most likely in a gym. You will also find that you will need to talk with a doctor to find his/her honest opinion. However, there is a rule that you need to keep in mind when you go for a cellulite cure, i.e. unless you exercise regularly (even after the cellulite has totally disappeared), the cellulite will be back in a very short while as if nothing has happened.

Usually you will have to exercise for as many months to remove the cellulite deposited, as it took years for it to be transformed. Another way, which has been received well and proved very efficient, is eliminating cellulite with the help of massaging. You need to keep mind while you take up any of these methods, that these are ongoing processes that have to be sustained if you want to arrest the return of cellulite.

In other words, it looks like the cellulite diet is actually one of the best ways to get rid of this affliction. The cellulite diet usually is accompanied by a routine of moderate exercise to complement weight reduction. You will find that the best results come from using a lot of fiber and roughage. While the fiber will keep the body fit, the roughage with keep your insides clear of any troubles.

When you adopt a cellulite diet, you may want to write off alcohol altogether because, alcohol is thought of as one of the main factors that promote the formation of cellulite in an alarming manner. However, the relation between the consumption of alcohol and cellulite is not really understood yet by modern science.

The best advice when you take up a cellulite diet ensures that you drink plenty of water. The water actually dilutes and breaks down the fat from the cellulite layer right in time to have it expelled from your system forever through urinating. Exercise should be added in a good measure – you should at least walk for 30 minutes daily to feel the benefits.
