Does L’Oreal Cellulite Cream Deliver on its Promises?

When you are struggling with the appearance of cellulite, some days it feels as if you are fighting an uphill battle that you can’t possibly win. Cellulite is notoriously difficult to get rid of, and there are many products on the market that are aimed only at taking your money and not actually providing a long-term solution. It’s rare that you happen across a product that does what it claims to, but L’Oreal Cellulite Cream might do just that.

No Snake Oil, Just Science

We know from experience and common sense that rubbing a lotion on our skin won’t magically make all of our cellulite just go away. In fact, many of us learned that lesson the hard way: by spending hundreds of dollars on useless products that don’t do what they’re supposed to do. L’Oreal Cellulite Cream doesn’t claim to remove your cellulite, only to reduce the appearance.

There are actually several types of L’Oreal Cellulite Cream available today. Some of them are everyday products, some of them are to be left on overnight, and some have slightly different ingredients than the others. However, the one thing that they all have in common is the use of advanced scientific compounds which have been shown to tighten skin and make it appear smoother and less fatty.

L’Oreal Cellulite Cream works by targeting the skin with the tell-tale cellulite dimples. By using herbs and oils that nourish the skin, L’Oreal Cellulite Cream can firm the area it’s applied to and make the skin appear smoother, healthier, and less touched by the frustrating effects of cellulite.

There’s No Magic Here

Although L’Oreal Cellulite Cream can go a long way toward reducing the appearance of cellulite, it is not a magic potion that will cure cellulite forever. You have to take care of your body, as well. Staying properly hydrated, eating a nutritious and well-balanced diet, and getting plenty of vigorous exercise are the best ways to support the effects of L’Oreal Cellulite Cream for long-term reduction of the appearance of cellulite.

If you follow the label directions on your L’Oreal Cellulite Cream and combine this treatment with a comprehensive fitness regime that includes a balanced and healthy diet, you may start to see reductions in the appearance of your cellulite in just a few weeks. There is no permanent cure for cellulite, so you will need to stick with your program for it to continue to work.

Laser Treatment for Cellulite: Is it Good?

There are a few different options that are available for people suffering from cellulite. The only problem is that most of these treatment methods take a while to begin working if they work at all, and this is not enough. Cellulite can be a very unsightly feature and is something that everyone dealing with it wants to get rid of as quickly as they can.

This is where the laser treatment for cellulite comes into play. Laser treatment for cellulite offers people a way to get rid of their cellulite quickly and completely. There are, however, certain risks that come with laser treatment for cellulite, and it is important that all the pros and cons be weighed out before a person decides to go ahead with this cellulite treatment.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages of laser treatment for cellulite is that it works so effectively. The majority of people who go through with this treatment notice up to a 95% reduction in their cellulite, which means that if there is any sign of cellulite leftover it is going to be barely even noticeable.

It is also very quick, and typically only a single session is needed for complete results. It uses a triple action against the unaesthetic appearance of cellulite, and this is the result of three different applied methods already used separately. This treatment works thoroughly and addressed the problem of cellulite using the combined action of six laser diodes which stimulate microcirculation neoangiogenesis.

Cons

On the other hand, one of the biggest downfalls to the laser treatment for cellulite is that it is quite expensive, much more so than all of the other cellulite treatment options. Many people cannot afford this treatment and because it is considered as being a cosmetic procedure and so it is not covered by insurance.

However, when you take into account the amount of money that you spend on other cellulite removal products, you may be quite surprised and chances are that it will be well worth it for you to spend the money on this laser procedure. You can also contact the company and find out about financing arrangements because these are often available and will allow you to pay the total amount in increments rather than all at one time. Especially if you have been dealing with cellulite for a long time or it is very noticeable, the laser treatment for cellulite may be just what you need.

The Connection Between Fiber And Cellulite

April 20, 2008 by Peter Whittington

There is a relation between fiber and cellulite. You may already know that a good diet is crucial to preventing more cellulite but did you know that fiber works extra hard to keep the condition of your body healthy? Fiber and cellulite reduction are related because of the good effects that regularly eating fiber can produce.

Fiber Is The Natural Scrub Brush For Your Body

When you do not eat enough fiber and cellulite is a problem, your diet may contain more of the foods that can cause cellulite. Any salty or fatty foods will go straight to your hips and thighs if you do not use fiber to prevent this from happening. Fiber acts like a scrub brush for the body. Fiber will improve circulation and improve your skin’s appearance from the inside out.

Insoluble And Soluble Fiber

Fiber comes in two main forms, insoluble and soluble. The insoluble fiber moves through your digestive track and cleans out your system as it passes through. Soluble fiber dissolves into a gel and it is responsible for lowering cholesterol or fat and plaque in the blood vessels. Either form is important to weight loss and maintenance.

Sources Of Fiber

You can get insoluble fiber from natural sources such as whole grains, nuts and many fruits and vegetable. Soluble fiber comes from oats, beans, apples, citrus fruits, carrots and psyllium. There are many natural sources for either fiber and if you are eating plenty of vegetables, fruit, beans and nuts in your diet, you will probably get an adequate source of fiber. You will need about between 21 and 25 grams of fiber if you are a woman and a man needs between 30 and 38 grams of fiber daily.

Weight Loss And Fiber

Since fiber comes from plant sources and is generally a chewy food. This means that you will be chewing more fibrous food than softened or over-processed food. This simple chewing step will prevent you from eating your food too quickly. Fiber also gives you a full feeling, which can prevent you from overeating. Another bonus is the fact that you will feel fuller from the fiber even though fibrous foods contain fewer calories than other foods. Eating fiber has great results on your cellulite, weight loss and for your total health.

Fiber and cellulite reduction go hand in hand. As part of any healthy diet, fiber is one of the powerhouses against cellulite and for weight loss. If you add more dietary fiber and cellulite prevention and reduction is your goal, you are on the road to success.

Herbs For Cellulite: It’s Just Not Natural

April 20, 2008 by Peter Whittington

Cellulite isn’t the most attractive portions of our anatomy, but it also isn’t the most dangerous. Cellulite is, incredibly, perfectly normal, for men and women. Cellulite is not a sign that you are incredibly overweight or lazy. Women especially will develop cellulite and be their ideal body weight – or even a little underweight. However, our culture hates cellulite and sells a lot of products to get rid of it – including herbs for cellulite.

Natural Is Not Always Good

Although the recent resurge in natural healing therapies has greatly helped those with many health conditions, cellulite is not one of them. Despite whatever you hear, there are no magic herbs for cellulite. Yes, there are some controversial treatments in Europe being done that involves massive doses of herbs for cellulite. But nothing has been clinically proven to get rid of cellulite

But not everything natural is good for you. Remember, poison ivy is a perfectly natural substance. However, you really don’t want to use poison ivy medicinally in any way, shape or form. Before you take any herbs for any medical condition, such as herbs for cellulite, you need to talk to your doctor and your pharmacist. There are herbs that react badly to prescription medications.

Don’t Read If You Are Scared Of Needles

In those controversial European treatments, the method of administering the herbs for cellulite is far worse than having the cellulite. You have to get the herbs for cellulite injected into you around 60 times a day. Usually, there are not just herbs in these shots, but hormones, antibiotics and nutrients. The shots tend to be painful both to your body and your wallet.

Although these herbs for cellulite are available in America by some cosmetic surgery and anti-aging clinics, they are not in any way recommended by the FDA, and most likely not ever recommended by a sensible doctor. No health insurance company will reimburse you for any of these costly treatments.

Herbs for cellulite by injection are technically called mesotherapy, which was developed in France in the 1950’s. Even alternative healers remain skeptical about any lasting benefits to mesotherapy. Mesotherapy is used for other medical conditions, such as for weight loss, but is best known for expensive cellulite treatments.

If you decide to blow a fortune anyway, make sure you get an allergy test before you get your first mesotherapy injection. You don’t want to be allergic to the herbs for cellulite.

A Surefire Exercise Which Should Help You Get Rid Of Cellulite

If you have reached the end of your tether with cellulite and are dying to know of how to get rid of cellulite, there are certain means that you can employ that will guarantee you success. There is an exercise that is equally applicable for both men and women that will help you get rid of cellulite and which only takes approximately twenty minutes to complete, though which of course depends on how many Reps you wish to put in. However, before you get stuck into this exercise, you may want to have certain things on hand so as to make it more comfortable including having something on which you can lay your body down on which should help you get some good leg extensions, especially when you have to lie flat on your stomach. Some people may even turn to using an exercise ball though others may prefer an exercise bench.

Get The Weight Right

Next, you need to learn what weight you ought to lift if you want to get rid of cellulite and beginning with ten pounds of weight should be fine, though beginners may want to start off with just five pounds and after getting used to that weight can progress on to heavier weights. Next, you need to get into the actual exercise that will help you get rid of cellulite and the first thing you will need to do is place the bench in the center of the room so that you have you plenty of space to work in, and then you might want to get into the mood with some relaxing music, which should help you get moving.

Now that you are ready to perform the exercise that will get rid of cellulite, you need to place the weight on its end so that it is easy for you to grip it while it is lying between your feet, and then try and place the weight where your feet’s arches are. While laying on the stomach you should feel comfortable and relaxed after which you can raise the weight slowly and just as slowly lower it while making sure of a full leg extension and move your feet towards your backside and then moving them back till they almost touch the floor. This form of stretching will work wonders for your lean muscles, and to begin with, you can try out three sets of ten repetitions and if that seems too easy, then you may want to increase it to three sets of twenty repetitions.

Once you are through, makes sure to lower the weight slowly to the floor being careful at the same time that you don’t drop the weight to the floor. And, to have a better chance of getting rid of cellulite, you could also do a few three to five pound weights in between your sets with a ‘Butterfly Move’ so that your arms too can get some much needed exercise.
